Mahkeme, Baransu ile ilgili \u2018gizlili\u011fi ihlal\u2019 iddias\u0131yla 2 y\u0131l hapsine, \u2018yasaklanan bilgileri a\u00e7\u0131klama\u2019 iddias\u0131nda ise 4 y\u0131l hapsine h\u00fckmetti.<\/p>\n<p>Mahkeme heyeti, Baransu\u2019ya ayr\u0131ca \u2018silahl\u0131 ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcne \u00fcye olma\u2019 iddias\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda da 13 y\u0131l 6 ay hapis cezas\u0131 verdi. Baransu\u2019nun 3 su\u00e7tan toplam 19 y\u0131l 6 ay hapsine h\u00fckmedildi.
